The wind whipped the LightningClan leader's jet black fur against her skin, her eyes stinging from the rain. She narrowed her silver eyes..........What was happening? She had to find shelter. She had to. Hard rain stinging her eyes and face, she put her head down and started struggling through the strong winds that where surrounding her. The wind was whipping trees about violently, as if they were Bendroos (I know!! But it's funny!!). The clouds were a deep, dark purple, bulging as if they were water balloons. They popped and lightning lit up the sky as another fork flashed in the dark sky. She continue to struggle, but it was too much effort. As she looked up at the sky, eyes slit to keep the rain out and her vision clear, the clouds formed the face of a cat: Lightningstar, the first leader of LightningClan.
"Tornadostar, you have led my Clan as a true leader, but danger is coming. Beware. The darkness is coming, to overwhelm the light, but the star shines brighter, but the wind will run and save the wild, berry and hazel will come together, the leaves will compose their own song, and the spotted lily shall see what is to come...." hissed the cat of clouds. Tornadostar shook her head and wailed.
"What more danger do you speak of!? You already have given us a prophecy!" she yowled as the cat began to just become a meaningless fluff of storm cloud. The cat opened his jaws before he blended into the sky altogether.
"They are connected," he whispered before disappearing. The lightning flashed again and Tornadostar felt a sharp pain in her flank.
"Tornadostar! Wake up!" said a voice. She blinked the sleep from her eyes as she heaved herself to her paws. She looked into the blazing amber eyes of Lightningbolt. He purred and licked her ear as they walked to the fresh kill pile to share a morsel. Is this love? she wondered as her pelt grew hot with embarrassment as her Clan were glancing at her. Lightningbolt purred comfortingly and they shared a plump mouse.

Five rogues stepped into the clearing, their cold eyes gazing at the small patrol. "I told you!" Berrypaw snapped at Dewflower. Windrunner stepped in. "This is not a time to fight among your own clanmates!" he stepped in front of Dewflower. Berrypaw smiled slyly at the she-cat warrior.

Wait a second those arnt rogues. What are you doing here he hissed to the Darkclan warriors. Go back to your own territory and we wont have to hurt you. Windstreak unsheathes his claws and hisses.
Berrypaw followed Windrunner's action. She unsheathed her claws and flexed her lean muscles. "Go back to your own clan, flebags!" she hissed.

Windstreak stole a glance at Berrypaw. He couldn't help noticing how attractive she looked whwn she was about to fight.
Berrypaw paid no heed, but she knew she had Windrunner under her attractive spell. She hissed at the foreign cats. "I said, go AWAY!"

Dewflower stepped forward also, unsheathing her claws and flexing her muscles. She flattened her ears and hissed, " Ya, go away, or we'll make you!" Dewflower knew they were outnumbered, but it was a risk they'd have to take. And besides, she thought to herself, they don't look as well fed as us. Dewflower suddenly started to regret doubting Berrypaw. She had also seen the way Windrunner and Berrypaw had been looking at each other, and a feeling of bitterness overwhelmed her.
Berrypaw hissed as the first rogue bared his teeth. "We're not running!" Suddenly he lunged at Dewflower. Another rouge leaped at Hazelcloud and pinned her down. "Get off my FRIEND!" Berrypaw snarled at him then pounced on the rogue. Berrypaw glimpsed the three other rogues leap at Windrunner before the rogue on Hazelcloud lept off her and went for Berrypaw. Berrypaw screeched as the rogue slashed at her nose, tearing it opened. Hazelcloud came to help her but a rogue fighting Windrunner flung her into a tree. Berrypaw's once black paws were now red with her own blood dripping from her nose. The rogue slashed again at her, this time at her belly, but Berrypaw clawed his paw until he had a wound of his own. "Windrunner, help!" she yelled as the rogue lept on top of her and pinned her down, about to bite her neck.

Hazelcloud snarled and leapt at one of the intruders, her teeth bared. She clawed the other tom's muzzle, then flicked her claws over his ear, tearing the delicate ear skin and sending blood spraying everywhere.
Her blue eyes flashed in the sun as she expertly pinned the DarkClan warrior to the ground. She forgot all about Tux in the fight until she saw yellow eyes watching her.
"T-tux?" She wondered, distracted. Suddenly a DarkClan warrior threw her to the ground. The yellow eyes narrowed. She yowled in pain as the other warrior pummeled her belly. Then she tore her gaze away from the eyes and fought with all her might, clawing, hissing, and tearing into the intruder's fur.
As the DarkClan warrior leaned in to bite her throat, Berrypaw scratched his face and jumped up. She tackled him and they rolled down the slope, clawing at each other. When they reached the bottom of the grassy hill, Berrypaw scratched his ear, tearing a piece of it off. She heaved the warrior with all her effort into the stream and watched him get swept away.

Dewflower jumped out of the way just in time to avoid the warriors attack. She faced him and she lunged straight at him. He dodged, but not fast enough to avoid Dewflower's claws scratch his flank. He yowled in pain, and as he focused on his injury and not the battle, Dewflower knocked him off his paws and pinned him down. " Stay off our territory!" She hissed in his ear and then bit down on his shoulder. Dewflower released him and he ran into the woods, screeching in pain.
Dewflower saw the warrior look back and for the first time, she noticed he had red eyes. Dewflower shivered. Berrypaw was right. Dewflower suddenly felt guilt sweep over her. Even winning the fight didn't make her feel better. She should have believed Berrypaw, and Dewflower knew she owed her an apology.
